摘　　要：目的探讨噪声对劳动者健康的影响。方法测定常州市武进区某企业不同噪声作业岗位的噪声强度,对该企业389名噪声作业人员进行职业健康检查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果作业场所噪声超标率76.47%,听力异常检出率、心电图异常检出率、高血压检出率均随着接触噪声强度和工龄的增加而增高。结论噪声已对该企业部分劳动者身体健康造成了伤害,须完善防护措施,加强职业卫生监督管理。[ Objective ] To explore the influence of noise on workers＇ health.[ Methods ] The noise intensity in different noise work post in a enterprise of Wujin district of Changzhou was determined, the occupational health examination was conducted on 389 noise workers, and the results were analyzed. [Results] The over standard rate of noise in workplace was 76.47%. With the increase of noise intensity and length of service, the detection rates of abnormal audition, abnormal ECG and hypertension increased. [Conclusion] The noise has caused damage to some workers＇ health of this enterprise, we should improve the protective measures and strengthen the supervision and management of occupational health.
