摘  要:目的识别、分析与评价沈阳市某制药集团有限公司氨酪酸、呋塞米异地搬迁建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素及其危害程度。方法采用类比法和检查表相结合的原则,对项目可能产生的粉尘、有毒化学物质和有害物理因素等职业病危害因素进行评价。结果共设粉尘采样点4个,结果为氨络酸粉尘2.7mg/m2^,混合粉尘0.3mg/m3;有毒化学物质采样点4个,氧化钙为最低检出限,氨为6.1mg/m3,碳酸钠为0.2mg/m3,乙酸为29rag/m3;物理因素采样点7个,噪声为70.1。84.0dB(A1,WBGT(湿球黑球温度)指数为29.1—30.5oC。结论该项目的选址、总体布局、生产工艺和设备布局、个人防护用品、职业病危害防护措施、应急救援措施、卫生辅助用室、职业卫生管理等方面均符合相关国家法律及职业卫生标准的要求。[Objective] To identify, analyze and evaluate the possible occupational hazard factors and the hazard degree in aminobutyric acid and furosemide remote relocation construction project of a pharmaceutical group Co., Ltd. in Shenyang City. [ Methods ] By using the combination of analogy and checklist method, the possible occupational hazard factors which included dust, toxic chemicals and harmful physical factors were evaluated. [Results] In 4 dust sampling points, the concentration of aminobutyric acid dust and mixed dust was 2.7 mg/m3 and 0.3 mg/m3 respectively. In 4 toxic chemicals sampling points, the concentration of calcium oxide was lower than the minimal detectable limit, and the concentration of ammonia, sodium carbonate and acetic acid was 6.1 mg/m3, 0.2 mg/m3 and 29 mg/m3, respectively. In 7 harmful physical factors sampling points, the density of noise was 70.1-84.0 dB (A), and the wet bulb globe temperature (WBGT) was 29.1-30.5 ~C. [Conclusion] The site selection, general layout, production process and facility layout, personal protective equipment, occupational hazard protective measures, emergency rescue measures, health auxiliary room and occupational health management in this project meet the requirements of relevant national laws and occupational health standards.
