摘 要:目的通过了解某部队3批直招士官的人格特征,为改善直招士官心理健康状态提供科学依据。方法运用卡特尔16项个性因素量表(16PF)对某部队3批新入伍直招士官进行团体心理测试,并将3批直招士官人格特征进行对比分析。结果 3批直招士官人格特征总体状况良好。聪慧性、稳定性、有恒性、敢为性、忧虑性、自律性和紧张性7个因子得分存在组间差异(P<0.05)。其中聪慧性、有恒性和敢为性3个因子得分2010年组明显高于2009和2012年组;忧虑性和紧张性2个因子得分2010年组明显低于2009和2012年组。稳定性因子得分2010年组明显高于2012年组。自律性因子得分2010和2012年组明显高于2009年组。结论对直招士官进行健康人格教育应该成为入伍教育中的重要内容。[Objective ] To understand the personality characteristics of three batches of direct recruit sergeants in a troop, provide a scientific basis for improving the mental health level of the direct recruit sergeants. [Methods] Cattell 16 personality factors questionnaire (16PF) was used to carry out the psychological test among three batches of direct recruit sergeants in a troop, and the personality characteristics were analyzed comparatively. [ Results ] The overall trend of the personality characteristics in three hatches of direct recruit sergeants was good. There were statistically significant differences in scores of intelligence, stability, perseverance, courage, anxiety, self-discipline and tension among three groups (P〈0.05). The scores of intelligence, perseverance and courage in 2010 group were significantly higher than those in 2009 group and 2012 group, and the scores of anxiety and tension in 2010 group were significantly lower than those in 2009 group and 2012 group. The stability scores in 2010 group were significantly higher than those in 2012 group. The self-discipline scores in 2010 group and 2012 group were significantly higher than those in 2009 group. [Conclusion] The healthy personality education should become an important content in the recruit education among direct recruit sergeants.
