广西医用电子加速器质量控制现状及控制策略

摘　　要：目的掌握广西地区目前医用电子加速器质量控制现状,提出确实可行的控制策略。方法以广西30家医疗机构使用中的37台医用电子加速器为研究对象,采用合宜的检测设备,依据相关的国家标准和法律法规进行检测和评价。结果初检所有项目均合格的有21台,合格率为56.8%。不合格指标主要是X射线辐射野均整度,其合格率为78.4%;X线对称性合格率为73.0%,X射线辐射剂量示值的误差合格率为86.5%,X线辐射质的的偏差合格率为94.6%,电子线的均整度合格率为92.3%和电子线对称性合格率为96.2%。不合格经调试复检后合格率达到100%。结论广西地区的加速器质量控制初检结果不容乐观,应加强放射诊疗设备的监督监测工作,定期开展设备的状态检测和稳定性检测是非常必要的;尤其是维修或更换重要部件后的加速器,更应纳入监督管理和检测,提高医务人员放射治疗质量控制的责任意识和能力。[ Objective ] To study the quality control situation of medical electronic accelerator in Guangxi Province at present, put forward the feasible control strategy. [ Methods ] 37 medical electron accelerators in 30 medic.al institutions of Guangxi Province were tested and evaluated according to the relevant national standards and regulations. [Results] In the initial test, 21 accelerators were qualified for all indicators, and the qualified rate was 56.8%. The main unqualified indicators included the X-ray field flatness with the qualified rate of 78.4%, the symmetry of X-ray radiation with the qualified rate of 73.0%, the deviation value of X-ray radiation dose with the qualified rate of 86.5%, the X-ray beam quality with the qualified rate of 94.6%, the flatness of electron radiation with the qualified rate of 92.3%, and the symmetry of electron radiation with the qualified rate of 96.2%. After equipment debugging, the qualified rates of these indicators reached 100% in reexamination. [Conclusion] The quality control status of medical electronic accelerator in the initial test is not optimistic in Guangxi Province. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision and monitoring of radiation diagnosis and therapy equipments, and regularly carry out the inspection to test the status and stability of the equipments. Especially, the supervision and inspection should focus on the accelerators which have been repaired or replaced the important parts. Moreover, the responsibility consciousness and ability of the radiotherapy quality control among medical staff should be improved.
