2014年北京市昌平区法定传染病疫情分析

摘　　要：目的分析北京市昌平区2014年法定传染病的流行情况,为制定传染病防治对策提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对昌平区2014年法定传染病疫情资料进行分析。结果昌平区2014年共报告乙丙两类传染病21种,报告发病数10 655例,报告发病率为597.68/10万;报告死亡数9例,报告死亡率为0.50/10万;病死率为0.08%。发病率居前5位的病种为手足口病、其它感染性腹泻病、肺结核、痢疾和梅毒,占总发病数的87.40%。发病职业主要为散居儿童和幼托儿童,占总发病数的65.43%。结论昌平区2014年法定传染病发病以肠道传染病为主,以控制传染源、切断传播途径为主要防控措施。加强对儿童家长、教师、儿童和外来务工人员的健康教育工作,养成良好的卫生习惯。在加强开窗通风和玩具消毒的同时,加强查漏补种工作,建立免疫屏障。[Objective] To analyze the epidemic situation of notifiable infectious diseases in Changping County of Beijing in 2014, provide scientific basis for making the prevention and control countermeasures of infectious disease. [Methods] Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the epidemic data of notifiable infectious diseases in Changping County in 2014. [Results] A total of 21 category B and C infectious diseases were reported in Changping County in 2014, there were 10 655 cases with the incidence rate of 597.68/lakh and 9 death cases with the mortality rate of 0.5flakh, and the fatality rate was 0.08%. The top five notifiable infectious diseases with highest incidence rate were hand-foot-and-mouth disease, other infectious diarrhea, tuberculosis, dysentery and syphilis, accounting for 87.40% of total cases. Most of patients were scattered children and kindergarten children, accounting for 65.43% of total cases.[Conclusion] The intestinal infectious diseases are the main notifiable diseases in Changping County in 2014, and the major control measures are isolation of infection source and blocking the transmission route. It is necessary to strengthen heahh education among parents, teachers, children and migrant workers, and develop the good health habits. Moreover, the prevention measures include ventilation and toys disinfection, and supplementary immunization to establish immune barrier.
