改良Kugel手术在复发性腹股沟疝中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨改良Kugel手术在复发性腹股沟疝中的应用。方法采用改良Kugel手术治疗34例复发性腹股沟疝，观察手术时间，住院时间，术后并发症等。结果所有患者均完成改良Kugel手术，其中33例在局麻下完成，1例在持续硬膜外麻醉下完成，平均手术时间（54．3±13．6）min，平均住院时间（5．2±1．9）d，1例术后出现尿潴留，3例出现阴囊积液，所有患者随访时间内无复发及伤口感染。结论采用改良Kugel补片进行复发疝修补术安全、有效，是一种值得推广的手术方式。Objective To evaluate the application of modified Kugel herniorrhaphy for inguinal recurrent hernia. Methods A total of 34 patients with recurrent inguinal hernia were treated with modi- fied Kugel herniorrhaphy from January 2011 to January 2013. The surgical duration, hospital stay, and postoperative complications were observed. Results Modified Kugel herniorrhaphy was completed suc- cessfully in 33 cases with local anesthesia and one case with epidural anesthesia. The mean surgical dura- tion was（54.3± 13.6） minutes and mean hospital stay was（5.2 ± 1.9） days. One case of urine retention and three cases of scrotal hydrocele were observed, and no recurrence or infection was detected during the follow-up. Conclusion Modified Kugel herniorrhaphy is a feasible and reliable procedure in the treatment of recurrent hernia, which could be highly recommended in clinical practice.
