摘　　要：现代制造企业面对快速、多变的市场环境,建立一个符合市场规律、性能优越的协作组织在理论上、现实上都具有重大的意义。综述国内外学者针对协作任务与资源优化配置的相关领域所展开的研究工作,探讨相关研究工作所存在的问题及后续研究的方向。In the face of the fast and changeful market, it is theoretically and realistically significative for the moden manufacturing enterprise constructing cooperative organization that is coincident and predominant. It is literarily reviewed that optimization of co- operative tasks and resources is researched internationally. So some problems are found in these investigations, and the researching route of optimization are expatiated.
