摘 要:目的 总结我院 5年来血标本的培养结果及药敏状况 ,以期对临床合理使用抗生素有所帮助。方法 细菌培养及鉴定采用BECTEC 90 5 0全自动血培养仪以及API细菌鉴定系统按照《全国临床检验操作规程》进行 ,药敏试验采用K B法 ,按照NCCLS(美国检验标准化委员会 )规定判断敏感耐药。结果 5年共计血培养标本 2 42 0份 ,检出细菌 2 44株 ,阳性检出率 10 0 % ,在所检出的阳性菌中 ,革兰阳性菌 14 6株 ,革兰阴性菌 90株 ,酵母样真菌 8株。结论 主要菌群对红霉素、青霉素、苯唑西林、氨苄西林、头孢唑林、阿莫西林 /棒酸、复方新诺明耐药严重 ,耐药率均在 62 0 %以上 。Objective To analyze the results of blood culture and drug resistance of microorganism isolated from 2 420 blood samples from 1995 to 1999. Methods The bacteria were cultured with automated blood culture device BECTEC 9050, and identified with API system. Antimicrobial susceptivity was determined with K B method. Results The positive rate of bacterium was about 10.0%(244/2420) from 2 420 cases. There were 146 strains of G+ bacteria, 90 strains of G - bacteria, and 8 strains of candida. Most of them were resistant to Erythromycin, Penicillin, Oxacillin Ampicillin, Cefazolin, Amoxicillin/clavulanic Acid, Sulfamethoxazole timethoprim. The drug resistance rates were above 62.0%. Conclusion It suggests that be paid attention should to the muti drug resistance of bacterium isolated from blood culture.
