摘　　要："巫"是中国音乐与中医共同的文化滥觞,也是中医音乐疗法的起点。中国传统音乐与中医具有相同的传统文化基因,中医用阴阳变化解释动态平衡的生命运动,音乐亦是一种有机的生命运动,古代音乐思想认为音乐的自我调节性能促使阴阳平衡,有益人体健康,这就是中医乐疗思想的立足点。根据五行原理,中医提出了五音配五脏,六律配六腑的理论,并将五音疗法广泛运用于临床,表现了天人合一的整体观。中和淡和的音乐美学思想与平衡节制、恬淡虚无的中医养生观不谋而合。对人的关怀、对生命的敬畏和观照,是医学和音乐殊途同归的终极目标。As the origin of music therapy in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）, the sorcery has been the common source of TCM and Chinese traditional music. Meanwhile, both TCM and Chinese traditional music share the same traditional culture gene. In TCM theory, Yin and Yang are used to explain that life is a dynamic and equalized movement. Similarly, Chinese traditional musical theory considers music as an organic movement of life having medical functions, which relies on self-recovery from the balance of Yin and Yang. And this is the foundation of music therapy theory in TCM. Based on the doctrine of the five elements, TCM believed that five musical tones were correlated with five elements and five internal organs. This music therapy theory in TCM, revealing the concept of ＂Unity of Man and Nature＂, has been applied widely in clinic. Furthermore, both of Chinese traditional music and TCM share the same regimen, such as ＂orthodox＂ and ＂gentle＂, ＂quietude＂ and ＂simplicity＂. In conclusion, ultimate goals of TCM and Chinese traditional music are to practice humanistic care, to respect and care for life.
