增值与保护相协调的科学数据管理与共享研究

摘　　要：科学数据管理与共享和知识产权保护之间存在对立统一的关系。文章论述了目前我国科学数据管理与共享工作存在的问题,提出构建增值与保护相协调的科学数据管理与共享制度,促进科学数据管理与共享的可持续发展,最大限度地发挥科学数据的经济效益和社会效益。This paper discusses the problems in our current data curation work, and analyzes the relationship of opposition and unification between data curation and intellectual property. The author points out that creating the intellectual property institution which oriented Coordination between value-added and protection of data curation can guarantee the sustainable development of the data curation and maximize the economic and social benefits of scientific data.
