摘　　要：为科学地制定中国北极航线战略,争取最大的北极权益,运用模糊综合评价法分别对中国在北极航线问题上具备的内部条件、所处的外部环境以及自然条件进行科学评价。在此基础上,根据权重大小和评价结果优劣情况确定应重点关注的环境因素,进而提出有针对性的中国北极航线战略。With the aim of developing China＇s strategies on arctic rout to obtain the maximum benefit on it, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to analyze Chinese Internal conditions, Natural conditions and external environment in terms of the Arctic navigation. The critical factors are identified according to the Weights and merits of each context factor and the strategy of China on arctic route is proposed on the basis of the identified factors.
