摘　　要：Premier液压封隔器是美国贝克公司最近推广的一款采用模块化设计的高性能封隔器,具有操作简单、施工成功率高的特点,广泛用于高温高压油气井的完井作业。对于新引进的封隔器,一定要确定其使用条件,不能单独从封隔器本身出发考虑,对设计参数改动需要充分论证其可能带来的风险,设计管柱时提前做好相应的预防措施。对于类似S7井的工况,应优化井下管柱组合,适当增加油管锚、水力锚等井下工具,提高管柱安全性,防止意外解封情况发生。Lately generalized by Baker Commodities Inc,Premier packer is a modular-design packer which is highperformance,easy to operate and efficient.It is widely used in well-completion practice of oil and gas wells with high temperature and high pressure.However,it is necessary to make sure of working conditions for the new packer,fully demonstrate possible risks in modifying its design parameters and take corresponding countermeasures before string design.As to working condition like S7 Well,it is essential to optimize down-hole string assembly,appropriately increase tubing anchor,hydraulic anchor and other down-hole tools and enhance string security to keep off accidental unlock.
