当归活血汤治疗糖尿病肾病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察当归活血汤治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效及其对体内同型半胱氨酸水平的影响。方法:80例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组40例。对照组给予降血糖、控制饮食、降血压及对症支持等基础治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用当归补血汤治疗。两组治疗周期均为3个月,比较两组患者临床疗效、血脂水平、肾功能及体内同型半胱氨酸水平。结果:对照组有效率为75.0%,治疗组有效率为92.5%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者在改善24小时尿蛋白定量、血肌酐,降低血脂水平及体内同型半胱氨酸水平等方面与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:当归活血汤可有效改善糖尿病肾病患者蛋白尿及临床症状,降低患者体内血脂水平及同型半胱氨酸水平,发挥保护肾功能的作用。Objective： To investigate the clinical research on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy（ DN） by Danggui Huoxue Tang and the influence of homocysteine levels in the body. Methods： 80 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group. Control group was given foundation treatment of reducing blood glucose,controlling diet,depressurization and symptomatic support,while the treatment group wasgiven Danggui Huoxue Tang on the basis of control group. Two groups of treatment period were for 3 months. Compared the clinical efficacy,lipid levels,renal function and homocysteine levels in vivo of two groups were compared. Results： In the control group,the effective rate was 75. 0%. In the treatment group,the effective rate was 92. 5%,compared the efficient of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. In improving patients with 24 hours urinary protein,serum creatinine and quantitative lower lipid levels and homocysteine levels in the body of the treatment group,compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Danggui Huoxue Tang can effectively improve proteinuria in patients with diabetic nephropathy and clinical symptoms,decrease lipid levels and homocysteine levels in vivo,playing a role of protection of renal function.
