摘 要:目的:观察心脑宁胶囊对高尿酸血症大鼠心肌细胞炎症反应,血清尿酸、C反应蛋白(C-reactin protein,CRP)变化的影响。方法:60只大鼠随机分为正常组、实验组和对照组。正常组给予质量分数0.5%羧甲基纤维素钠,25 mg·kg-1;实验组给予质量分数0.5%羧甲基纤维素钠,25 mg·kg-1,氧嗪酸钾1.5 g·kg-1,心脑宁胶囊1.8 g·kg-1;对照组给予质量分数0.5%羧甲基纤维素钠,25 mg·kg-1,氧嗪酸钾1.5 g·kg-1。均为灌胃给药,每日灌服1次,第30天,股动脉取血处死,取心肌,光镜下观察大鼠心肌细胞形态。测定血清尿酸、CRP水平。结果:用药后实验组、对照组血尿酸水平较正常组均明显升高(P<0.001);用药后实验组与对照组血尿酸水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后实验组CRP水平与正常组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药后对照组CRP水平较正常组明显升高(P<0.001)。光镜下观察大鼠心肌细胞形态,实验组较对照组心肌细胞炎症反应明显减轻。结论:心脑宁胶囊可降低高尿酸血症大鼠心肌细胞炎症反应程度,降低CRP水平。Objective: To observe the effect on the myocardial cell inflammatory response,serum uric acid,C reactive protein of rats with hyperuricemia by Xinnaoning capsules. Methods: 60 rats were divided into 3 groups: control group( 0. 5% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 25 mg·kg- 1),group 1( 0. 5% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 25 mg·kg- 1Potassium Oxonate1. 5 g·kg- 1,Xinnaoning 1. 8g·kg- 1) and group 2( 0. 5% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 25 mg·kg- 1Potassium Oxonate 1. 5 g·kg- 1). All the drugs were administered orally,1 times a day,for thirty days. Then all 3 groups of rats were executed and the Myocardium and blood was collected.The morphology of myocardial cells was observed under light microscope. Serum uric acid,CRP levels were measured and observed. Results: after treatment the serum uric acid levels of group 1 and group 2 were significantly increased( P〈0. 001) compared with control group,and there was obvious difference about the serum uric acid level between group 1 and group 2( P〈0. 05); about the level of CRP,group 1 seemed roughly the same as the control group after treatment( P〈0. 05),whereas the level of CRP in group 2 was significantly increased compared with the control group( P〈0. 001). Under light microscope,we found that the inflammatory reaction was lightened significantly in groups 1 in contrast to group 2. Conclusion: Xinnaoning capsules can decrease the inflammatory reaction of rats with hyperuricemia and decrease the level of CRP.
