枳实对脑梗死急性期MTL及VIP的调节作用

摘　　要：目的:观察枳实对脑梗死大鼠急性期胃动素(motilin,MTL)、血管活性肠肽(vasoactive intestinal peptide,VIP)的调节作用。方法:制备32只大鼠大脑中动脉梗死模型,随机分为脑梗死组、枳实组、西咪替丁组,并设正常对照组,每组8只。分别给予生理盐水、枳实、西咪替丁、生理盐水灌胃,4 d后测定MTL、VIP含量并取胃组织行光镜检查。结果:脑梗死组大鼠MTL、VIP含量均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);枳实组大鼠的血浆MTL、VIP含量均明显低于脑梗死组(P<0.01);与西咪替丁组比较,枳实组能明显降低MTL含量(P<0.01),亦能降低VIP含量(P<0.05)。光镜结果显示脑梗死组胃黏膜组织充血水肿严重,枳实组胃黏膜损伤较轻。结论:枳实能明显减轻胃黏膜损伤,且有效调节脑梗死急性期MTL、VIP的表达,对脑梗死后胃肠动力具有良好的双向调节作用。Objective： To study the effect of Citrus Aurantium on the changes of the motilin（ MTL） and vasoactive intestinal peptide（ VIP） in the acute stage of cerebral infarction（ CI） rats. Methods： Thirty-two modles of middle cerebral artery occlusion（ MCAo） as Cerebral infarction group were made,They were divided into cerebral infarction group,Citrus Aurantium group,cimetidine group randomly,Another 8 rats were made into the normal control group. The rats were given Sodiun Chloride,Citrus Aurantium,Cimetidine,Sodiun Chloride separately. At the forth day,inferior vena venous blood samples were collected to detect the MTL and VIP concentrations by radioimmunoassay,and the stomach tissue were cut for microscopic examination Results： Plasma MTL and VIP of Cerebral infarction group were still higher than normal group（ P〈0. 01）; Plasma MTL and VIP of Citrus Aurantium group were significantly lower than CI group（ P〈0. 01）; Compared with cimetidine group,Citrus Aurantium group can decreased in plasma MTL（ P〈0. 01） significantly,also decreased in plasma VIP（ P〈0. 05）. Light microscopy showed hyperemia and edema of gastric mucosa in severe cerebral infarction group,while the gastric mucosal of Citrus Aurantium group were damaged lighter. Concultions： Citrus Aurantium can alleviate the damage of gastric mucosa,and effectively regulate the expression of the MTL and VIP. It has a good two-way adjustment on gastrointestinal after cerebral infarction.
