补肾疏肝活血散结汤治疗乳腺增生临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察补肾疏肝活血散结汤治疗乳腺增生病临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组治疗以补肾疏肝活血散结汤为主,根据月经周期加减用药,或根据兼证不同加减用药;对照组服用乳癖消治疗。两组均治疗3~4个月经周期后判定疗效。结果：治疗组痊愈15例、显效8例、有效5例、无效2例,有效率为93.3%。对照组痊愈9例、显效5例、有效8例、无效8例,有效率为73.3%。结论：补肾疏肝活血散结汤治疗乳腺增生疗效显著。Objective： To study the curative effect of to treat for mammary gland hyperplasia. Methods： 60 cases were divided into treatment group and control group. Modified decoctions in Bushen Shugan Huoxue Sanjie Tang were applied to the treatment group according to the different cases during menstrual cycle and different syndrome differentiations; while patients in the control group took Rupixiao tablets,a kind of western medicine. The effect evaluation of the two groups was carried out after 3- 4 menstrual cycles. Results： In the treatment group of 30 cases,15 cases got cured,8 cases were markedly effective,5 cases effective and 2 cases invalid,with the total effective rate 93. 3%. In control group of 30 cases,9 cases got cured,5 cases were markedly improved,8 cased effective recovery and8 cased no effect,with the total effective rate 73. 3%. Conclusion： Bushen Shugan Huoxue Sanjie Tang treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands has good effect.
