温阳活血方配合针灸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨温阳活血方配合针灸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效。方法:将慢性萎缩性胃炎患者70例,随机分为对照组35例和观察组35例,对照组给予胃复春片及维酶素片口服,观察组口服温阳活血方及针灸治疗,治疗3个月后统计临床症状积分、胃镜病理的变化。结果:对照组的临床有效率为68.57%,观察组的临床有效率为91.43%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:温阳活血方配合针灸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效确切,可改善临床症状,修复胃黏膜。Objective： To explore the clinical effects on the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis by Wenyang Huoxue Prescription combined with acupuncture. Methods： 70 cases with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into control group（ 35 cases） and observation group（ 35 cases）,the control group was given stomach Fu-chun piece and dimensional enzyme hormone tablets,the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction by self-made Wenyang Huoxue Prescription and acupuncture treatment,treatment for 3 months,after the end of the statistical changes in clinical symptoms and gastroscope. Results： The total effective rate of the control group was 68. 57%,the total effective rate of the observation group was 91. 43%,P〈0. 01,and it was statistically significant. Conclusion： Wenyang Huoxue Prescription combined with acupuncture curative effect in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis can improve the clinical symptoms and repair of gastric mucosa.
