摘　　要：《瘟疫条辨摘要》乃清代吕田所撰,现有20余种版本,经考证实属3个版本系统:1嘉庆十六年辛未新繁沈氏刻本;2道光四年甲申刻本,咸丰、同治、光绪年间的刻本均属道光四年本的重刻本;3咸丰七年丁巳蜀西天山水氏刻本。全书分上下两卷,上卷开篇首列瘟病与伤寒根源症治不同辨,阐发伤寒、瘟病之异同,并指出时病特点。随后分别详列瘟病与伤寒六经证治不同辨、四损不可证治辨、瘟病与伤寒不同诊脉义、大头瘟六证、瘟病诸下证及有关杂病及妇、儿科瘟病,条分缕析。下卷则备载治瘟病诸方,以升降散为诸方之首,皆配以歌诀。Wenyitiaobianzhaiyao was written by Lü Tian. Textual research certified the versions was actually three edition systems though it has more than twenty existing versions. 1Shen family＇s block-printed edition in Xinfan of Jiaqing 16 years of xinwei; 2block-printed edition of jiashen of Daoguang 4 years,the block-printed editions of Xianfeng,Tongzhi,Guangxu periods belong to copy block-printed editions of Daoguang 4 years; 3block-printed edition of Xianfeng 7 years in Shuxitian of Dingsi. The book consists of two volumes. Volume 1 First column disease is different from seasonal febrile diseases and cold damage disease cure,interpreting the similarities and differences,and pointed out that the disease characteristics. Then detailed the different distinguish and four different damage,different pulse of seasonal febrile diseases and cold damage disease,big head plague and others. Volume 2 was recorded prescriptions for seasonal febrile diseases,the first was Shengjiang powder,all matched the formulas put into verses
