摘  要:框架结构进行抽柱扩跨改造后,其受力形式及荷载传递均发生较大改变,须进行加固处理。某后勤大楼裙房的改造加固工程,对原框架梁进行加大截面和包钢加固,并在梁底加设钢梁。施工过程的结构受力变形测试表明,扩跨梁中部在抽柱过程中开始承受正弯矩而支座处负弯矩增大,抽柱位置处的挠度在控制要求之内。抽柱、加固完成后进行楼板全面积堆载试验,结果表明在设计荷载作用下梁板结构的变形和受力均满足设计要求。After reconstruction of frame structure by column withdrawing and span enlargement, frame structure must be reinforced because its force bearing mode and load transfer of frame structure are changed obviously. In reinforcement and reconstruction of podium building of a logistics building, the original frame beam is reinforced through enlarging section, wrapping steel and adding steel beam at bottom. After structural force deformation test, it is found that the middle part of span-enlarged beam starts to bear sagging moment during column withdrawing, hogging moment is increased at base and flexibility at column withdrawing point is within the control requirement. Floor slab full area load piling test is carried out after column withdrawing and reinforcement, and it is found that deformation and force bearing capacity of beam and slab structure under the design load could satisfy the design requirement.
