米曲菌胰酶片治疗胆囊切除术后消化不良的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价米曲菌胰酶片治疗胆囊切除术后消化不良症状的疗效和安全性。方法在2012年1月—2014年9月采用随机、双盲、安慰剂平行对照的研究方法,将38例胆囊切除术后消化不良的患者分为米曲菌胰酶片组19例和安慰剂组19例,口服米曲菌胰酶片或匹配的安慰剂2片,3次/d,连续服用28 d。治疗前和治疗第7、14、28天应用Leeds消化不良问卷(Leeds dyspepsia questionnaire LDQ)对患者进行评估,并记录不良反应发生情况。结果治疗28 d后,两组患者LDQ评分均较治疗前显著降低,米曲菌胰酶片组降低程度高于安慰剂组(P<0.05)。研究过程中无与研究药物相关的不良反应发生。结论米曲菌胰酶片能有效改善胆囊切除术后的消化不良症状,安全性好。Objective To evaluate the effect of Oryz - Aspergillus Enzyme and Pancreatin Tablet in the treatment of pa- tients with postcholecystectomy dyspepsia. Methods A randomized, double - blinded, placebo - controlled trail was con- ducted. A total of 38 patients .with post - cholecystectomy dyspepsia were divided into Oryz - Asporgillus Enzyme and Pan- creatin Tablet group （ n = 19 ） and placebo group （ n = 19） , taking Oryz - Aspergillus Enzyme and Pancreatin Tablet or place- bo 2 tablets each time, three times per day for 28 days. Leeds dyspepsia questionnaire （LDQ） were used to assess the effica- cy. Adverse reactions were recorded during and after the treatment course. Results At the end of the trial, LDQ scores were decreased in both groups, and the improvement was more significant in Oryz - Aspergillus Enzyme and Pancreatin Tablet group than in placebo group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. None of these patients reposed drug - related adverse effects during the study. Conclusions Oryz- Asperginus Enzyme and Pancreatin Tablet effectively improves dyspeptic symptoms in patients with postcholecystectomy dyspepsia and has good safety.
