摘　　要：介绍了集成式电磁阀的工作原理和整体布局,对集成式电磁阀的重要部件进行了详细的设计说明,包括整体式导磁架,整体网片结构的电磁阀线圈引出线联接架,动铁芯密封橡胶的滚压装配等,可靠性试验表明:该集成式电磁阀整体结构强度高、密封性能好、运行稳定,而且使用寿命得到了有效地延长。The operational principle and overall layout of integrated solenoid valve were introduced; thedesign technologies of important components for integrated electromagnetic valve were described in de-tail, including the integrated magnetic frame, the whole mesh structure of the solenoid valve coil leadwire connecting frame, dynamic iron core sealing rubber rolling assembly, etc. The result of reliabilitytest shows that the integrated solenoid valve has the characteristics of high strength of the whole struc-ture, good sealing performance, stable operation, and its service life is prolonged effectively.
