摘　　要：我国资源性产品价格形成机制存在机制不完善、体系不健全、构成不完整、水平不合理等突出问题,严重影响了经济社会的可持续发展。资源性产品价格改革是建设统一开放、竞争有序的现代市场体系的重要环节,是建设资源节约和环境友好型社会的迫切需要,是充分利用国际市场资源的必然要求,是促进经济增长方式转变的有效途径。通过研究我国资源性产品价格扭曲的现状、危害和原因,分析我国资源性产品价格改革的目标和原则,提出完善资源性产品价格形成机制、价格体系、产权制度和财税政策等改革路径。There are outstanding problems in price formation mechanism of resource products in China, which are imperfect price mechanism of resource products ; not sound price system of natural resources; incomplete price composition of resource products ; not reasonable price level of resource products, which have seriously affected the economic and social sustain able development. The price reform of resource products is an important link to construct unified, open, competitive, and orderly modem market system; price reform of resource products is an urgent need to build a resource saving and environmant friendly society; price reform of resource products is a necessary requirement to make full use of the interna tional market resources; price reform of resource products is an effective way to promote the transformation of economic growth mode. Present situation, harm and reason of price distortion of resource products are studied. The goals and prin ciples of price reform of resource products are analyzed, and the reform paths are presented, which are to improve the price formation mechanism of resource products, to improve the price system of resource products, to improve the system of property rights of resource products, and to improve the fiscal and taxation policy of resource products.
