十二指肠营养管在上消化道重建手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨十二指肠营养管在上消化道重建手术中的应用和价值。方法　自制简便的十二指肠营养管 ,术中借助胃管将营养管一端拉出鼻腔外 ,另一端从吻合口直接推送十二指肠屈氏韧带以下的空肠 ,营养液可直接注入肠腔内。结果　 2 2 8例病人无一例置管失败 ,留置营养管时间平均 8.3d。结论　十二指肠营养管可为药物治疗。Objective To study the merit and appliance of the nutrimental vessel of duodenum in the operation of rebuilding upper alimengtary canal. Methods During the operation, pulling out one end of the simple nutrimental vessel, made by yourself, from the nasal cavity by using the gastric vessel. Then putting the other end into jejunum localing after treitz ligament. The nutrient liquid can be injected into the intestinal cavity driectly. Results No one of the 288 cases failures in the operation of putting the nutrimental vessel, and the average time putting the nutrimental vessel is 8.3 days. Conclusion This method has the functions as belows: medical therapy, nutrimental supporting, cure and prevent the complications. So this skill has applicable merit in the clinical work, and it is nessary to be spreaded.
