老年血脂异常与Klotho蛋白的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年血脂异常与血清Klotho蛋白的相关性。方法选取健康体检老年人300例,根据血脂结果分为血脂正常组79例和血脂异常组221例,应用ELISA法检测所有入选人群的血清Klotho蛋白,分析血脂成分与Klotho蛋白的相关性,并比较两组间Klotho水平的关系。结果血清Klotho蛋白浓度与年龄(r=-0.268,P=0.000)、TC(r=-0.235,P=0.001)、LDL(r=-0.176,P=0.033)呈负相关,与HDL(r=0.152,P=0.031)呈正相关。血脂异常组血清Klotho蛋白明显低于血脂正常组[(2.84±1.36)μg/L vs(3.34±1.17)μg/L,P=0.032]。单纯TC、LDL及HDL异常间血清Klotho蛋白浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随着血脂异常项目的增加,血清Klotho蛋白浓度相应降低,单一成分异常与两种及三种异常之间,Klotho蛋白浓度变化明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 Klotho蛋白与脂代谢异常存在相关性,通过干预调控Klotho基因的表达可能会成为血脂异常的一种新的治疗手段。Objective To study the association between Klotho protein and dyslipidemia in the elderly.Methods Three hundred elderly subjects were divided into normal blood-lipid group and abnormal blood-lipid group.Their serum Klotho protein levels were measured by ELISA.Association between Klotho protein and blood-lipid components was analyzed.Results The serum Klotho protein level was negatively associated with age（r=-0.268,P=0.000）,serum TC（r=-0.235,P=0.001）and LDL（r=-0.176,P=0.033）level and positively asociated with serum HDL（r=0.152,P=0.031）level.The serum Klotho protein level was significantly lower in abnormal blood-lipid group than in normal blood-lipid group（2.84±1.36μg/L vs 3.34±1.17μg/L,P=0.032）.No significant difference was found in serum TC,LDL,HDL and Klotho protein levels in abnormal blood-lipid group（P〉0.05）.The serum Klotho protein level increased with the increasing abnormal blood lipid level.The change of serum Klotho protein level was significant in 1,2and 3abnormal components of Klotho protein（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.ConclusionKlotho protein is associated with abnormal lipid metabolism and can thus be used as a new therapy for dyslipidemia by regulating Klotho gene expression.
