摘 要:建立了超声提取-恒能量同步荧光法测定焦化厂气溶胶中多环芳烃(PAHs)的新方法。该法简便快速,无需对混合物进行分离,就可实现7种组分的同时鉴别和定量测定。方法的检出限在0.02~2.30ng·mL-1之间,相关系数r〉0.9991,相对标准偏差为1.06%~1.52%。应用该方法分析某焦化厂多环芳烃取得了良好的效果,回收率为80.0%~125.2%。Constant energy synchronous fluorescence has the merits of good selectivity,high sensitivity,low interference,etc,thus it can be used for simultaneous determination of multi-component mixtures of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs).A new method for simultaneous determination of seven kinds of PAHs in aerogle was developed by constant energy synchronous fluorescence method with supersonic extraction.The method was fairly successful for the determination of 7 components in a mixture solution.There was a good linearity(r〉0.9991)in the range of the test concentration,the detection limits were between 0.02 and 2.30 ng,the relative standard deviations were in the range of 1.06%-1.52%(n=6)and the average recoveries of the PAHs were among 80.0%-125.2%.
