摘  要:在pH=6的弱酸性介质中,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)可使罗丹明6G的荧光增强,加入啶酰菌胺可使其荧光猝灭,荧光猝灭强度△F与啶酰菌胺的含量成线性关系,据此建立了测定啶酰菌胺的荧光分析新方法。采用该方法测定茄链格孢菌对啶酰菌胺的敏感性,线性范围为0.1~4μg/mL,检出限为2.9×10-5μg/mL,茄链格孢菌对啶酰菌胺吸收量为1.628时,抑制率为59.82%。该法测定的吸收量与传统方法测定的抑制率呈极显著的线性相关(r=0.947,P〈0.01),说明两种方法没有显著性差异。In weak acid medium(pH =6),the fluorescence of rhodamine 6Gincreased by hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB),could be quenched by boscalid,and there was linear relation between reduced fluorescence intensity and the boscalid concentrations.Therefore,a method for testing the fungicide boscalid was established to study the sensitivity of Alternaria solani against boscalid.The equation of linear regression was △F=168.05c-80.702(R2=0.9963).The linearity range was between 0.1-4μg·mL-1,and the detection limit was 2.9×10-5μg·mL-1.When the absorption of boscalid in A.solani was 1.628,the growth inhibitory rate of boscalid to A.solani was 59.82%.There was a good linear correlation between the absorption of boscalid and the growth inhibitory rate of boscalid tested with traditional hyphal dry weight method(r=0.947,P〈0.01),indicating there was no significant difference between the two methods.
