摘 要:本研究采用HiCapt CT固相萃取(SPE)柱对食品中的多菌灵和噻菌灵进行富集净化,建立了高效液相色谱-紫外检测法测定饮料中的农药多菌灵和噻菌灵残留的分析方法。多菌灵和噻菌灵的检出限分别为0.23μg/L、0.22μg/L,定量限分别为0.74μg/L、0.70μg/L,回收率分别为81.74%~87.45%、87.26%~94.22%。该方法日内和日间相对标准偏差(RSD)分别小于7.5%和8.7%。所建立的方法可以有效除去果汁中的基质干扰,同时具备简单、快速、灵敏的优点,可用于果汁中多菌灵和噻菌灵的检测。Carbendazim(MBC)and thiabendazole(TBZ)belong to the benzimidazole fungicidesin the representation of pesticide.They are systemic fungicides and widely used in fruit,vegetables,flowers and field crop diseases.There are problems in the reported analysis method of MBC and TBZ,such as complex sample pretreatment process and low sensitivity.This study uses the HiCapt CT SPE column for enrichment and purification of MBC and TBZ,and establishes an HPLC-UV method for determination of them in soft drink.The limits of detection of MBC and TBZ,and limits of quantification are 0.23μg/L,0.22μg/L and 0.74μg/L,0.70μg/L,and the recovery rate are 81.74%-87.45% and 87.26%-94.22%,respectively.This method has good intra-day and inter-day precisions;the relative standard deviations are less than 7.5% and 8.7%,respectively.Method developed in this study is simple,rapid and sensitive,which can effectively remove the matrix interference in the juice.This method can be used for the detection of MBC and TBZ in fruit juice,which has certain reference value for the formulation of national standards.
