摘　　要：针对我国社会物流总成本高、现代化物流服务水平低等问题,提出符合当前"互联网+"理念的公共物流体系?O2O?运作模式。分别从电子商务视角和物流视角,通过阐述?O2O?模式的涵义,界定公共物流体系?O2O?运作模式的概念。在此基础上,提出公共物流体系?O2O?运作模式的框架结构,分析线上的信息处理中心、Saa S?平台和线下的物流中心实现"线下-线上-线下"O2O?联动经营的运作流程,探讨线下物流中心的组建方式和公共物流体系O2O模式的运作难点。Targeting with problems of high total cost of social logistics and low level of modern logistic service in China, this paper puts forward the O2 O operation mode of public logistic system which adapting for the current concept of ‘internet＋＇. From the angles of E-business and logistics respectively, through expounding the concept of O2 O mode, the concept of O2 O operation mode of public logistic system was defined. Based on above, the paper puts forward the framework structure of the O2 O operation mode, analyzes the operation process which realizing the O2 O linked operation of ‘offline—on-line—offline＇ by on-line information treatment center, Saa S platform and offline logistic center, and discusses the building way of offline logistic center and the operation difficulties of O2 O operation mode of public logistic system.
