摘 要:对湖南通道、贵州雷山、贵州榕江3个不同地区的青钱柳(Cyclocarya paliurus)材料不同时期叶片矿质营养元素含量进行分析,研究其不同季节矿质营养元素含量的动态变化,结果表明:Mg、Mn和Ca的含量在不同种源间的差异达到了显著水平,湖南通道的青钱柳中K和Mg的含量较高,贵州雷山的青钱柳中Cu、Zn、Mn和Ca的含量较高,贵州榕江的青钱柳中Fe含量最高,Ca含量较高,其他元素含量均较低;不同来源的青钱柳矿质营养元素含量有着一定的差异,但其在不同季节的动态变化特性有一定的相似性,除Zn、Cu的变化趋势在不同来源的青钱柳间表现出差别较大外,其余元素均表现出大体相似的变化趋势;6月底到7月底叶片中各种营养元素含量变化相对稳定,是叶片矿质营养元素分析的最佳时期。Determination was conducted on mineral nutrient(Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn, Ca, Mg and K) contents in leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus collected from Tongdao county of Hunan, Rongjiang and Leishan county of Guizhou province. The results indicated that it had great difference of the contents of Mg, Mn and Ca among different provenances. Leaves of C. paliurus from Tongdao had higher content of Mg and K, that from Leishan had higher content of Cu, Zn, Mn and Ca, and that from Rongjiang had the highest content of Fe, higher content of Ca, but lower content of Cu, Zn, Mn, Mg and K. The result demonstrated that it had different content of mineral nutrient contents in leaves of C. paliurus among different provenances, but their dynamic seasonal variation had similarity, except Zn and Cu. Nutritive element content had little change from late June to late July, the best time for nutrition determination.
