普陀樟容器苗根系的动态生长与垂直分布特征

摘　　要：采用控根容器和普通容器栽培,对普陀樟(Cinnamonum japonicum var.chenii)2年生苗的根系分布和季节动态进行研究。结果表明:控根容器苗根系长度的生长在5-9月相对稳定,9-11月增长较快,试验8个月后,控根容器苗根系较普通容器苗增长了16.0%;试验18个月后,普陀樟控根容器苗的根系形态更好,表现为平均根长更长,细根数量更多,根系表面积更大,根系分布层整体更上移。Comparison tests were conducted in 2011 on transplantation of 2-year Cinnamonum japonicum var chenii seedling in common container and root-pruning container for studying root system growth. 18 months later, C. japonicum var chenii seedlings in root-pruning container had better root morphology, with longer mean root length, more fine roots, larger surface area of root system and upward layer of root system distribution.
