浙江省公益林抚育现状及发展对策

摘　　要：总结了近年来浙江省公益林抚育采取的主要方式,分析了当前抚育工作中主要面临的是实际需求与法规规定之间的矛盾,抚育任务重而补助面积小、标准低,保留和伐除树种模糊不清,自留山、责任山开展难度较大等问题,提出应提高抚育的补助标准、建立有效的管理机制、出台抚育间伐相关政策、制定操作性强的技术规程或标准、鼓励开展长期性抚育技术研究等对策和建议。Summary was made on major patterns of tending for ecological forest in Zhejiang province. There are many challenges such as limit of tending felling intensity, low subsidy, unprofessional tending, difficult of operation of private and contracted forest. Recommendations were put forwarded like increase of subsidy for tending, establishment of an effective management mechanism, formulation of technical regulations or standards, encouragement of long-term research on tending techniques.
