鳗弧菌鞭毛超微结构的电镜观察

摘　　要：通过透射电镜观察鳗弧菌(Vibrio anguillarum)鞭毛的超微结构。本文以分离自大菱鲆(Scophthalmus maximus)及中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)的致病性鳗弧菌菌株,并以鳗弧菌模式株ATCC 19264为参考菌株,采用磷钨酸负染色方法后,电镜观察其鞭毛超微结构。结果观察到一系列特殊的超微结构,包括防护套状、拳头状、旗帜状、杆状、扳指状、粘液状和卵圆状结构。这些细菌鞭毛的特殊超微结构可能与鳗弧菌的毒力相关。Vibrio anguillarum was isolated from Scophthalmus maximus and Chinese mitten crabs （ Eriocheir sinensis ） and it was observed by negative stain transmission electron microscopy and compared with V. anguillarum type strain （ATCC 19264）. The micro-graphs showed various peculiar ultrastructures including the “shield-shaped”, “fist-shaped”, “flag-shaped”, “rod-shaped”,“fingerstall-shaped”,“mucus state” and“egg-shaped” structures. These ultrastructures and their biological function might be related to the virulence of V. anguillarum.
