摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔妊娠的诊断和治疗原则。方法:回顾性分析原发性腹腔妊娠3例的诊断和处理。结果:腹腔妊娠误诊率高,临床表现不典型,早期诊断困难,后果凶险。结论:腹腔妊娠是产科灾难性事件,剖腹探查是最重要的治疗方式。Objective： To discuss the diagnosis and treatment principles of abdominal pregnancy. Methods：Diagnosis and treatment for three cases of primary abdominal pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed. Results：With untypical clinical symptoms, abdominal pregnancy was difficult to be diagnosed early. Its rate of misdiagnosis was high and the result was dangerous. Conclusion： Abdominal pregnancy is obstetrical catastrophe.Laparotomy is the most important treatment for abdominal pregnancy.
