摘 要:小麦雄性不育系WR9501选自小麦-黑麦远缘杂交后代,具有不育性稳定、遗传力强和易转育等特点。为给小麦雄性不育的研究和利用提供新的种质基因资源,对WR9501及其衍生不育系败育的生物学特征、遗传模式及与黑麦1RS染色体的相关性进行了研究。结果表明,WR9501及其衍生不育系具有典型小麦雄性不育系的形态特征;WR9501花粉碘-碘化钾(I2-KI)染色呈典型败育特征,其育性受显性核不育基因和抑制基因两对主效基因和多个微效基因共同控制,属于基因互作型显性核不育类型;黑麦1RS染色体与WR9501的育性相关。Wheat-rye derived line WR9501 showed male sterility with strong heredity and high combining ability. In order to provide novel germplasm and gene resources for the research and utilization of wheat male sterility,in this study,the biological characteristics on abortion,inheritance model of male fertility and their correlation with rye 1RS chromosome was investigated in WR9501 and its derivative male sterile lines. The results showed that( 1) WR9501 and its derivative male sterile lines had typical morphological characters of male sterility;( 2) The pollen of WR9501 showed a typical abortive type by staining with iodine-potassium iodide( I2-KI);( 3) The fertility of WR9501 was controlled by two pair major genes of dominant nuclear male sterility gene and its inhibition gene,and several minor genes,and therefore WR9501 was a dominant genic male sterile line resulted from gene interaction;( 4) Rye 1RS chromosome arm was correlated with the fertility of WR9501.
