摘 要:小麦品系P9897对条锈病具有良好的成株期抗性。为给该品系的合理利用提供参考依据,在温室中对P9897和铭贤169进行苗期及成株期抗病性鉴定,在陕西杨凌(人工接种病原菌)和甘肃天水(自然诱发病原菌)2个地区对P9897和铭贤169及以P9897作为父本与铭贤169杂交获得的F1、F2和F3代进行成株期抗病性鉴定,最终对其成株期抗条锈性进行遗传分析。结果显示,P9897成株期表现高度抗病性[反应型(Infectiontype,IT)=2],在两个试验地的严重度(Diseaseseverity,Ds)平均值为5.0%~17.5%;所有F1代表现为抗病(IT=2),F2代抗病(IT:0~6)和感病(IT:7~9)植株数符合13:3的分离比(X^2=0.79〈3.84),F3代抗病(IT:0~3)、抗感分离(IT:4~6)和感病(IT:7~9)植株数符合7:8:1的分离比(杨凌X^2=0.18〈5.99;天水X^2=0.66〈5.99);F3代172株成株期小麦的反应型和严重度都是连续分布的。表明P9897的成株期抗条锈性是一种数量性状,由一显一隐2对基因独立控制或起重叠作用控制。Stripe rust (or yellow rust) ,which is caused by Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici(Pst) ,is a devastating fungal disease of common wheat. Breeding and planting resistant varieties is the preferred measures for controlling this disease. Spring wheat line P9897, has good adult-plant resistance and du- rable resistance. In this study,P9897 and Mingxian 169 were identified for seedling and adult plant re- sistance in the greenhouse. Mingxian 169 was crossed with P9897 and F1 ,F2 and Fa progeny were ob- tained. Mingxian,P9897 and their progeny were inoculated with the physiological races of wheat stripe rust at Yangling,which were identified with natural inducing at Tianshui area. Then genetic analysis of adult-plant resistance to stripe rust in wheat line P9897 was conducted. P9897 was highly resistant [-IT (Infection type)= 2], with necrotic stripes and with no uredinia at both 9 scoring dates. P9897 had a mean DS (Disease severity) of 5.0%--17.5% across the two environments,and all of the F1 plants showed IT=2. In addition,the F2 population segregated with a 13 resistant (IT.0--6) : 3 sus- ceptible (IT:7-9) ratio,and segregation of the F3 lines fitted a 7 resistant (IT. 0-3).8 segregating (IT. 4-6):1 susceptible (IT: 7-9) ratio. F3 contained 172 adult plants and the ITs and DS were continuously distributed. These results indicated that the adult-plant resistance to stripe rust in P9897 was a quantitative character and controlled by two genes.
