摘　　要：深化发展高等教育人才社会功能,需要对高等教育社会性功能要素进行全面挖掘,从而体现高等教育本身所具有的社会价值取向引导功能。具体分析资源功能性发展对高校人才社会适应性所产生的根本性作用,确立社会资源本身对高等教育人才培养所具有的发展性功能,明确对全面加强人才社会适应性所具有的直接积极影响作用。突出高等教育社会功能化影响因素对人才社会发展所具有的必然推动作用,实现对高等教育人才社会适应给予充分保障的最终目标。In order to deepen the social function of higher education talents, we need to conduct comprehensive exploration of the factors of the higher education institutions, so as to reflect the function of higher education itself in leading the social value orientation. In addition, we make specific analysis of the fundamental influence of resource functional development upon the social adaptive of higher education talents, and determine the developing function of social resource upon higher education talents cultivation, which exhibits a direct positive effect on comprehensively improving talents＇ social adaptive. Highlighting the influence of the social function of higher education will necessarily enhance the social development, thus realizing the ultimate goal of guaranteeing the social adaptive of higher education talents.
