摘　　要：书院制是古代书院制度和欧美住宿学院制度交叉融合的产物,目的是顺应内涵式发展的高等教育要求,这既是对传统文化积淀的继承,又是对欧美大学制度的创新,书院制实现了对传统学生管理模式的突破和改革,以一种全新的教育理念和管理模式诠释了现代意义上高等教育新的发展,是我国高等教育发展史上一个重要组成部分和关键环节。Academy system is a combination of the system of ancient academic learning and the system of residential college in America and Europe, which is not only an inheritance of the traditional cultural heritage, but also a innovation of college system in America and Europe. The purpose of this system is to conform to the requirements of the connotative development of higher education, which realizes the breakthrough and the reform of the traditional student management model, with a brand - new education idea and management mode of interpretation of the modern higher education development, and it is one of the most important part and key links in the history of the development of higher education in our country.
