摘　　要：建立一定区域高校优质教学资源共享平台是区域高校实施战略联盟的有效途径。立足高校质量工程项目,发挥政策引导功能,构建资源共享精品课程平台、人才培养模式创新平台、实验资源共享平台和教学改革工程平台,形成政策牵引的区域高校战略合作机制。Construction of a high - quality teaching resources sharing platform is an effective way to implement the strategic alliance for regional colleges and universities. It must be based on teaching quality projects, and related policies ought to play the role, which they ought to. When the high - quality courses sharing platform, personnel training mode innovation platform, the experiment resources sharing platform and the teaching reform project platform are constructed, a policy -guided strategic cooperation mechanism for regional universities can take shape.
