摘  要:教师专业发展是一个国家长期的、连续的战略性问题,任何国家都会重视这个问题并制订相应计划。我国作为发展中国家,在社会主义市场经济快速发展的今天,也必须建立教师专业发展的先进理念,始终将教师专业发展作为教育改革的主旋律。美国在教师专业发展上有着先进而又有效的成功经验,其教师专业发展学校的建立,使得教师专业发展之路得以持久、连续、标准、规范、高效且形成一套完整的教师教育制度。文章通过对这类学校的运行机制及模式效果进行分析与探究,以期能为我国的教师专业发展以及教师教育改革提供一些启示和借鉴。Teachers' professional development is a long - term, continuous strategic issue of a nation, and any country will attach importance to this issue and formulate corresponding plans accordingly. As a developing country, in the rapid development of socialist market economy today, we must establish the advanced concepts of teachers' professional development, and make educational reform and teacher speciality development as main theme all the time. The development of teachers'professional in the United States have advanced and effective success experience. Their establishment of its teachers' speciality developmental schools makes teachers' speciality development path be lasting, continuous, standard, normal, efficient, and forms a complete system of teachers' education. This paper attempts to analyze and explore the operating mechanism and the effect of this kind school in order to be able to provide some enlightenment and reference for teacher s' professional development and teachers' education reform in China.
