摘　　要：目的　探讨儿童鼾症的原因及治疗。方法　对 4 8例儿童鼾症的病因及手术疗效进行分析。结果　 4 8例患儿经手术治疗除 1例效果较差外其余患儿症状明显减轻或消失。结论　 ( 1 )腺样体及扁桃体肥大是儿童鼾症的主要原因 ;( 2 )Objective To explore the causes and treatment of snore symptom in children. Methods To analyze the causes and operative effect of 48 children with snore symptom. Results One case was disappointed and the others were satisfactory. Conclusion The adenotonsillar hypertrophy plays a very important role in the snore symptom in children. Adenotonsillectomy and nCPAP are effective for snore symptom in children.
