谦比西铜矿选矿自动化改造的设计与实践

摘　　要：谦比西铜矿选矿厂投产十多年来,检测仪表及控制系统部件老化,结合西矿体工艺改造,对选厂DCS系统及PLC系统进行升级改造。文中详细介绍了选厂自动化系统改造主要内容及控制系统组成,结果表明,通过一年多的实际生产运行,选矿生产指标稳定、良好,取得了优异的技术经济指标。After chambishi concentrator starts production more than a decade, Instruments and control system components are perished. With the west-body process transformation, DCS system and PLC system of concentrator need upgrade.This paper describes the main content of automation system transformation and control system components. The results showed that the actual production by more than a year to run, mineral production index is stable and good, and achieved excellent technical and economic indicators.
