乌鲁木齐军队离休老年人健康调查分析

摘　　要：目的　分析军队离休老人患病状况、死亡情况。方法　对乌鲁木齐八个军队干休所共 785名老年人进行调查。结果　被调查的 785人中 4 0 5人 ( 5 1 6 % )患有各种疾病如 :高血压、糖尿病、冠心病、脑血管疾病、呼吸道疾病。死亡人数1 78人 ( 2 2 7% ) ,健康者 2 0 2人 ( 2 5 7% )。本组老人的患病特点 :①随年龄的增加患病率升高。②高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、脑血管疾病发病率高。③老年人死亡疾病首位是肿瘤 (肿瘤首位是肺癌 ) ,其次是心血管、脑血管疾病、呼吸道疾病。结论　肿瘤、心血管疾病、脑血管疾病、呼吸道疾病是严重威胁军队离休老年人健康的疾病 。Objective To investigate and analyse the precalence of current major dieases, mortality and causes of death among the veteran cadres in Urumqi residential areas, in order to provide basis for working out erresponding preventive and therapeutic measures. Methods A total of 785 veteran cadres (mean age 74.4 years), in 8 residentials areas were inquired either directly or indirectly through their family members. Results 405 persons (51.5%) are suffering from certain major diseases (hypertension, diabetets, coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease and chronic respiratory disease), 202 persons (26.65%) had died in hospital. Our data revealed that: ①The prevalence of diseaes rises in accordance with the aging process; ②The prevalences of hypertention, coronary heart disease, diabetes, and cerebrovascular disease are high; ③The leading cause of death among this cohort of old veterans is cancer, especially carcinoma of lung, there after, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, and respirotory diseaes successively. Conclusion Popularization of health education, impartment of knowledge about common senile diseases, and a good grasp of self-protection as well as the basic method of medicament among the elderly veterans is quite important.
