摘  要:研究了不同硼含量耐磨合金钢的力学及耐磨性能。硼含量0.01%~0.04%时,微量硼可细化铁素体晶粒,随硼含量的增加,其耐磨性及冲击韧度均有一定程度的提升;当硼含量达到1%后,其硬度均在60 HRC以上;经空淬、高温回火热处理后,与高铬铸铁相比,其耐磨性能普遍提高2倍以上。The mechanical and wear properties of wear-resistant alloy steel with different boron contents were studied.When the boron content is 0.01%-0.04%, ferrite grains have been refined. While the boron content increases, the wear resistance and impact toughness have a certain degree of improvements. Boron can significantly improve the wear resistance of the steel. When the boron content reaches 1%, the hardness is higher than 60 HRC. After quenched in air and tempered at high temperature, the wear resistance increases 2 times higher than that of high chromium cast iron.
