摘 要:采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪研究热处理对Mg-16.5%Ca合金组织的影响。结果表明:Mg-16.5%Ca合金铸态和热处理后的相组成均为α-Mg和Mg2Ca;Mg-16.5%Ca合金经过热处理,随加热温度的升高及保温时间的延长,共晶组织逐渐颗粒化;在本试验条件下,Mg-16.5%Ca合金经480℃保温24 h后,共晶组织呈颗粒状并均匀分布于α-Mg基体上。Mg-16.5%Ca合金热处理过程中,随温度的升高及保温时间的延长,使原子扩散加快,促进共晶组织粒状化。The influences of heat treatment on microstructure of Mg-16.5% Ca alloy were investigated by means of metallographic microscope and XRD. The results show that: phase compositions of Mg-16.5% Ca alloy as cast and heat treatment are α-Mg and Mg2Ca; with the increase of heating temperature and holding time, the eutectic microstrcture of Mg-16.5%Ca alloy gradually granulates; under this condition of experiment, after heating at 480 ℃ for 24 h, the microstrcture is granular and evenly distributed on the base of α-Mg. During heat treatment, with the increase of heating temperature and holding time, the atomtic diffusion is accelerated, and granulation of eutectic microstructure is promoted.
