摘 要:气体轴承斯特林发电机具有效率高、寿命长、体积小和重量轻等优点。为满足空间电源对效率及重量的苛刻要求,本设计斯特林发电机采用气体轴承支撑消除活塞磨损,并采用动磁式直线发电机、高效回热器等技术。通过建立等温模型和参数修正,对斯特林发动机进行参数设计。搭建气体轴承斯特林发电机实验台,在热端温度350℃、20℃水冷散热工况下,得到38.6W电功率输出,整机效率11%。其成功研制可为我国未来空间探测用电源的研制奠定基础。Gas bearing Slirling generator has the advantages of high efficiency, long life, small volume and light weight. In order to satisfy the rigorous requirements on efficiency and weight of electrical power supplies that used in space exploration, Stirling generator described in the paper employed gas bearing technology, to eliminate piston abrasion, the technologies of moving magnet linear generator and high efficiency regenerator were also applied too. Isothermal model and correction parameters were used to establish the design values of Stirling engine. An experimental gas bearing Stirling generator was designed and construc- ted, the generator had 38.6W electrical output and demonstrated 11% overall efficiency when operated at 350℃ high temperature and water cooler 20℃ rejection temperatures. The success development of the gas bearing Stirling generator is beneficial to devel- op battery, used in future space exploration.
