摘　　要：基于全国高校教学基本状态数据库,通过对226所样本院校的数据统计分析发现,我国新建本科院校的发展取得了可喜成绩。但不可否认的是,在师资队伍、教学投入、学科专业及管理保障等方面依然存在着一些问题。究其原因,这主要是由外部因素的制约以及内部自身的不足造成的。为此,新建本科院校自身、地方政府以及教育部要共同努力,大力建设师资队伍、改善办学条件、优化学科专业、加强管理监督,进而推动新建本科院校健康发展。From the analysis of 226 newly-established undergraduate colleges, based on the teaching basic state database system of the nation＇s colleges, we can find many achievements. But there are also many problems. This is the result of the condition between newly-established undergraduate colleges themselves and external factors. So, in order to solve these problems, we must take great efforts both inside and outside. Therefore, it is time for newly-established undergraduate colleges, local governments, Ministry of Education and even the whole society to try their best to promote newly-established undergraduate colleges＇ healthy development.
