摘 要:近年来随着抗旱工作的不断深入发展,建于2005年的云南省旱情信息系统已无法满足现阶段的干旱分析工作要求,因此开发一个新的旱情信息平台。本次系统研发是在原有旱情系统的基础上,采用Top Map Tile瓦片框架,HTAPF,Web Service等新技术,对原有系统进行升级改造,搭建云南旱情信息网。新系统采用多层次结构,以地理信息系统为平台,采用B/S和C/S混合的多层体系结构,具有信息检索、自动构绘等值线、等值面、距平分析、自动统计和人工交互等功能,可全面实现各类相关数据的接入和人工录入,同时系统的分析参数完全开放,并在系统内部植入10余种干旱指标分析方法,既能满足现阶段旱情分析预测工作的需要,也可作为开展旱情评价指标的分析研究平台。Drought information system in Yunnan Province was completed in 2005. With the continuous development of the drought fighting in recent years, the system is unable to meet requirements of the present stage of drought analysis work. There is an urgent need to develop a new drought information platform. Based on the original system, the new system upgrades the original system using tile framework of TopMap tile, new technology of HTAPF, WebService, builds Yunnan drought information network. With hierarchical structure, based on geographic information system as a platform, the new system uses the multi-layer system structure of B/S and C/S hybrid, with the functions of information retrieval, automatic construction drawing contour lines, isosurface and anomaly analysis, automatic statistics and artificial interaction etc. It fullly realizes all relevant data access and manual entry. The analysis of parameters of the system is completely open. The system embeds more than ten kinds of drought indexes analysis method, which can not only meet the present analysis of drought forecast work need, also be carried out as a platform of analysis and research on the evaluation index of drought.
