摘 要:在考虑短路分断特性和温升特性要求的基础上,得到了额定直流640 V/2 k A限流熔断器的性能指标设计约束条件,推导出了各性能指标的解析计算式和各组件参数的设计原则。分析了不同短路电流上升率下的限流特性,结果表明:介质恢复时间tz和起弧分断时间tp都随着短路电流di/dt的增大而减小,限流峰值Ip随着di/dt的增大而增大。为了进一步增加介质恢复时间和改善限流性能,采取了减小电弧触发器支路电感的方法,改进后的样机可将di/dt为8.3 A/μs的短路电流限制在22.2 k A,tp减小为3.3 ms,tz增加到600μs,限流熔断器限流性能和可靠性得到了明显提高。According to the requirements of short circuit disconnecting characteristics and the temperature rising characteristics,the constraint conditions of performance specification design for DC 640 V / 2 k A CLF(Current Limiting Fuse) are obtained,the performance index calculation formulas deduced and the component parameter design principles defined. The current-limiting characteristics are analyzed for different short circuit current rising rates(di / dt). The analytical results show:both the dielectric recovery time tzand the arc interrupt time tpdecrease along with the increase of di / dt while the peak current Iplimited increases along with the increase of di / dt. The inductance of arc-trigger branch is reduced to further increase the dielectric recovery time and improve the current-limiting performance. The short circuit current with di / dt of 8.3 A / μs of the improved prototype is limited to 22.2 k A,tpreduced to 3.3 ms and tzincreased to 600 μs,which show the current-limiting performance and reliability of CLF are obviously improved.
