摘  要:实验研究了在硅球表面用引发-转移-终止剂(iniferter)法制备氯霉素分子印迹聚合物。实验使用硅烷化试剂3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)、对氯甲基苯甲酰氯、二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠分别在硅球上接枝使硅球表面连接iniferter。然后以甲基丙烯酸为功能单体、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,在光引发下自由基反应生成分子印迹聚合物。该印迹聚合物由于聚合均匀印迹位点暴露,因此与传统表面印迹聚合相比,印迹因子有了一定的提高。最后将聚合物作为色谱固定相填料,利用压柱机压入不锈钢柱中,连接高效液相色谱仪检测分离模板和竞争物的混合溶液,印迹情况良好。The research aims to prepare chloramphenicol molecularly imprinted polymer on the surface of silica by initiator-transfer agent-terminator (iniferter). Firstly, the research uses silica alkylation reagent, 3-APTES, chloromethyl benzoyl chloride and sodium diethyl dithiocarbamatre to make "iniferter" grafted on the surface of silica bead. Then the research uses methacrylic acid as the furictional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the cross-linker, preparing molecularly surface imprinted polymers under UV light. Compared with the traditional imprinting technique, imprinting factor has a certain amount of increase, which is because the polymer's average imprinting sites are exposed. Finally, the obtained imprinted silica beads are pressed into the stainless steel column as chromatography' s fixed packing material through column press. Connected the high performance liquid chromatography, the mixed solution of templates and competition is finally separated with good imprinting.
