摘　　要：采用DeST软件模拟实验方式,建立了直接受益式被动房模型,在不同太阳辐射和热工分区选取地区,选取热工设计参数,利用正交试验进行模拟测试,分析了直接受益式被动房在中国各地区的适用性和设计参数,以期对直接受益式被动房设计提供参考。Through the DeST software simulation, the article builds the model of direct- gain passive house. Selecting the cities having different solar radiation and thermal partition the simulation is done using different design parameters by orthogonal experiment. Then the article analyzes the regional adaptation and design parameters through the results, which has certain enlightening significance to the design of passive house in China.
